The Ming Poodle: Chapter XXXVIII

Suddenly something occured to Hugh.
"Wait, why did you say we had 3 hours and 28 minutes? The train is at 6:35am" he said.
Ben paused.
"By gosh you're right" he said eventually, "I should have read more closely"
"That you should" said Hugh, "uh....have"
"So what's the time now?" Ben asked.
"Almost exactly 6:00"
"Good, the train station is only two and a half minutes away"
Hugh nodded then conspiratorally padded the giant wad of cash in his pocket, the one which he decided not to mention when asked Ben: "Could thou cover thy bill?" at breakfast. Luckily for him Ben was too busy complaining about the sudden Shakespearean dialect in the conversation to search Hugh for the money.
