The Ming Poodle: Chapter III

Ben Hansen

While Hugh tried to hail a taxi, Ben took the letter he had just written out of his pocket and stuck it in a nearby letterbox. He smiled, being sure it would be useful for a future reference. Hugh finally caught a taxi and they got in.
"where should we go?" Ben asked. "It's not like we have any leads."
"Well, I'll go to the police to find out what I can about this Craper character, and you can try not to do anything stupid."
"That was one time!"
"You shot a four-year-old girl!"
"She was a Russian double agent!"
"She had a red lunchbox! There IS a difference!"
"Ah, stuff you. I'll look for clues the usual way." So saying, Ben leapt out of the still - driving Taxi. Hugh sighed. Every time they had nowhere specific to look, Ben jumped out of a speeding car. It was annoying to Hugh for two reasons: First, it left him with the taxi fare. Second, Ben had an unusual tendency to find answers this way. "Ignore him, on to the police station!" He told the cabbie.

Wasn't that the BEST FREAKIN' entry ever?!

No. I promise you, though, it DOES improve. In a year or two.
